A sense of relaxation is the essence of Pagoda Hotel. We want your stay with us to be comfortable and worry-free, so we’ve answered common questions for you here.

 

 

Reservations

Our daily amenity fee is $35 plus 18.712% tax (subject to change). It includes a $5 daily breakfast per person voucher for two, pool towels, a daily local newspaper, in-room coffee and tea, an in-room safe, local and toll-free calls, luggage storage, and Wi-Fi access throughout the Pagoda to keep you connected.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. If you require alternative times, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. You may incur additional costs.

Pagoda Hotel accepts all major credit cards and cash.

Hawaii State General Excise (4.712%) and Transient Accommodation (14.00%) taxes apply to all reservations. Taxes subject to change and will apply based on the dates of stay, not at the time of reservation. 

We require a deposit equal to one night’s booking plus tax, which we will refund with no penalty for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Yes. We celebrate Hawaiian ‘ohana and have created discount packages to welcome Hawaiian residents. Select our Kama’aina Offer here. 

Yes. Stay longer and save with our special extended stay rates. They’re available for stays over 7 days.

Pagoda Hotel is entirely smoke-free, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. Violations of the smoking policy will result in fees starting at $500 for unauthorized smoking.

Yes. Starting in 2025 through early 2026, the hotel is building on tradition by refreshing our interiors, amenities, and facilities. We’re staying open throughout, so there won’t be an interruption to the service our guests have come to expect.

Yes. Pagoda Hotel offers a coin-operated laundry, as well as valet dry cleaning services.

No. Unfortunately, Pagoda Hotel is not able to accommodate pets.

The hotel offers digital TV’s, mini-refrigerators, coffee makers and in-room safes. Microwaves are available for fee. Inquire with the front desk.

Guests at Pagoda Hotel are well-placed to visit the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall, Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, and Magic Island. We are also close to the University of Hawaii, Honolulu Museum of Art, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Bishop Museum, Iolani Palace, Kawaiahao Church, Chinatown, and Honolulu’s Capital Historic District.
