Reservations:
What is the Daily Amenity Fee?
$35 plus 17.962% tax. The Pagoda Daily Amenity fee includes: $5 daily breakfast for two, complimentary pool towels, daily local newspaper, in-room coffee and tea, in-room safe, local and toll-free calls, wifi access throughout property & luggage storage
When is check-out and check-in?
check-in is at 4 p.m. | check-out is at 11 a.m.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards/cash
What are the current hotel taxes?
Hawaii State 4.712% general excise tax (GET) + 13.25% transient accommodations tax applies to all reservations.
What is the cancellation and deposit policy?
Deposit is equal to one night plus tax. There is no penalty with full refund for cancellations made 72 hours prior to reservation.
Does the hotel offer kama’aina?
Yes. The hotel is a preferred favorite of our local Hawaii ohana and discount package are available.
Are extended stay packages available?
Yes. The Pagoda hotel is ideally located within Honolulu and well suited for extended stays. Discount packages are available.

Is the Pagoda Hotel being renovated?
Starting in the Summer of 2025, the Pagoda Hotel is set to enhance its guest experience with refreshed interiors, leisure comforts and thoughtful amenities. The iconic hotel will remain open throughout the gentle upgrades, and we look forward to unveiling Pagoda’s revitalized and timeless charm later this year!
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes. The pool at the Pagoda is a tranquil, koi-pond-surrounded oasis offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.
Does the hotel have connecting rooms?
Yes. The Pagoda offers multiple connecting rooms for families and larger traveling parties.
Is the hotel ADA accessible?
Yes. The Pagoda offers fully ADA accessible rooms and amenities.
Is there a convenience store?
Yes. the Pagoda Mini Mart offers a variety of snacks, beverages, and essential items for guests.
What restaurants are offered?
The Pagoda Hotel features the Pagoda Restaurant with a $5 breakfast option offered for guests staying in-house.

Are laundry services offered?
The Pagoda Hotel offers coin operated laundry as well as valet dry cleaning.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. The Pagoda Hotel is friendly for dogs weighing up to 30lbs. Damage deposit restrictions apply.
What is your smoking policy at the hotel?
The Pagoda Hotel is 100% smoke free. Smoking damage fees will apply starting at $500 per incident. Designated smoking areas are available.
What room amenities are available at the Pagoda Hotel?

Guest self-parking is $33+tax daily.
